Chilifest 2015 Charity Donations

BYOB FRIDAY – NO GLASS

Bring Your Own Beer – This Friday APRIL 10, 2015 is BYOB at Chilifest!

As usual, it will be BYOB on Friday at Chilifest. Rules are pretty simple. If it seems like it could be a liability, then leave it at home. We use whats called the gas station rule, where anything you can buy at a gas station in town that isn’t glass is permissible. (ie: Canned Beer & Boxed Wine)

*Saturday APRIL 11, 2015 is NOT BYOB*
There will be beer and other cold beverages for sale on the Chilifest grounds including:

• Miller Lite – 16oz cans
• Blue Moon – 12oz can
• Redd’s – 12oz can
• Smirnoff Ice – 12oz can
• Smirnoff Peach Bellini – 11.2oz bottle

2-Day tickets – are now available to the general public!

For the first time in the history of Chilifest, 2-Day tickets are now available to the general public! You are no longer required to go to Chilifest as a team to enjoy two days of entertainment. However, you are still encouraged to go with a team in order to receive a “discount” and a team spot in the event grounds at Chilifest.

Get your 2-day tickets while they’re still available! A limited number of these tickets will be offered. Don’t miss out!

New for 2015: Attention Chilifest 2015 Team Captains

We recommend getting there early in order to secure priority in selection of your plot(s) for Chilifest 2015. Often teams begin camping the night before behind the C.C. Creations facility. Security officers will be present and access to port-a-potties will be available.

• Team members will be able to join their team (add-on) VIA our website after Team Registration instead of waiting until team captain’s meetings in March.
• Please make note of Chilifest 2015 2-day team ticket price ($55) when collecting money from your team members. Also notice the change in venue for Team Registration to C.C. Creations.
• Teams who are unable to make the Team Registration the morning of Friday, February 27 will be allowed to sign up their team members online beginning Saturday, February 28 at 12:00 noon. (This includes out-of-town teams)
• $20 per couch disposal fee required to bring couches into the event
